Returns and Refund Policy

Items sold and fulfilled by AintreeWoodcraft.com maybe returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original state and packed accordingly. Aintree Woodcraft does not issue partial refunds for items with obvious signs of use, misuse or abuse. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return shipping costs are deducted from the total refund claim. Items returned without a Return Slip may be refused by Aintree Woodcraft.

To return any product:

1. Notify us via email within 10 calendar days of your intent to return any item. Send email to returns@aintreewoodcraft.com with the subject line, “Returns".
   
   
2. Email must include your name, mailing address, account and order numbers, and a brief explanation for the retur .
   
   
3. We will respond to your email within three business days with a Return Slip to authorize the return, a Refund Claim Form to process your claims and a Shipping Label to be attached to the return package.

Packing and Sending your Returns

Pack the item securely in a box. You may use the original box the items arrived in or another box. Fill-out and include the Return Slip and the Refund Claim Form in the box. Attach the Shipping Label to the outside of the box. Have your mail carrier pick up the package or take it to a UPS or FedEx office.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive, process, and approve your returns.  Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your return. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund claims.  To view a full report of completed returns and refunds, please sign-in to My Account.

Ainree Woodcraft’s Returns and Refund Policy also applies to items received as gifts.

Shipping Information

All items are shipped either via UPS or FedEx, except the Large Waterwheel, which can only be shipped via FedEx. Freight insurance is required and is calculated as part of total shipping costs. All calculations are done before checkout and the costs are linked into shopping cart.

For orders to be shipped within the United States , an order confirmation email is sent shortly after online purchase transaction is completed.

For orders to be shipped outside the United States , additional shipping charges may be assessed. You will be notified of these charges in an acknowledgement email sent shortly after the online purchase transaction is completed. You will need to accept the final order showing total charges for an order confirmation email to be sent to you.

All confirmed orders are shipped within 10 days. Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the goods are shipped.

Setup Instructions

Setting up your brand new water feature from Aintree Woodcraft is easy. To get started, have the following tools handy:

• A flat shovel
• Level
• #2 Phillips head screwdriver
• A half-inch wrench

When you receive you package, remove all crate screws and wood stabilizers. Set aside the water hookup kit, timer and 3-in-1 oil while you find a suitable site for your waterwheel. Make sure the ground on the site you choose is level and an adequate water and electrical supply is within hook-up distance.

1. Connect the faucet to the nearest hose bib. Connect one end of the quarter-inch supply tube to the faucet. Using a half-inch wrench, connect the other end of the supply tube to the float valve at the rear of the holding trough.

2. Run an electrical extension cord from the closest outside receptacle to the water wheel pump. Make sure the connection is away from any splashing water.

3. Decorate around the trough with plants or flowers that enjoy a damp surrounding. The wheel splashes a small amount of water around.
